We offer cutting-edge World of Work programmes encompassing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) to secondary school and college students. These hands-on team tasks enable students to understand about the different industries available to them, the lifecycle of products, services development and how people in different roles work together within a company.
Additionally, our programmes help pupils develop and understand the technical and soft skills they'll need for employment. By formal accreditation through Industrial Cadets, students gain recognition for the soft skills they’ve developed such as:
- Problem Solving
- Team Building and Leadership
As part of the Industrial Cadets initiative, representatives from a sponsoring company will mentor the students and they'll also be invited to attend a site visit, presenting what they've achieved and learnt. On completion, students will graduate as an Industrial Cadet.
By working with us your students will benefit from:
- Cutting-edge World of Work programmes
- Meeting local employers
- Programmes that can be tailored to meet their needs
- Becoming work-ready
- Industrial Cadet certification
- Sparking their interest in careers & employment
- Technical knowledge & soft skills development
Our programmes are suitable for use in STEM clubs and school clubs in general, as one-off workshops or in school and they can be used to support the curriculum.
